Here at Proscape LLC we combine over 40 years of experience with a passion for creating special places for special people.  We constantly challenge ourselves to raise the bar with each project we accept, working closely with our award winning design staff as well as our dedicated installation crews to provide high quality landscaping services. Chad Messel, a graduate of MSU's Landscape & Nursery Management program, founded Proscape LLC in 2005 and the years since have proven to be nothing short of astounding.  With the simple promise of listening to our clients, this company has grown into a top landscape company in the Metro Detroit Area.

Proscape prides itself on design and installation of quality landscaping.  This, in combination with seeing each and every task as an opportunity to consistently be the best, has made Proscape LLC into the company it is today and will lead us into the future.

Continuing to grow, B&L expanded the scope of services offered: designing and construction of walkways, patios, pool decks, seating areas, drive borders, fire pits, etc. They also started constructing retaining and seat walls, decorative entry walls, pillars, mail boxes, borders and other projects. Mark Lindgren continued to own and operate B&L until his passing in late December 2014. A friend of Marks and owner of another landscape company in St. Charles worked with the family and continued to move the company forward. With the family’s help and blessing B&L is now owned and operated by Matt Fattes and the two companies have combined. With the combination, B&L has a revived future and will continue to provide all the previous services (landscape design, Hardscape and Softscape installations, spring/fall clean ups, etc.) along with new services, most notably Residential and Commercial lawn/property maintenance.

With the retention of a majority of B&L’s previous employees along with the addition of many new, B&L is perfectly situated to provide the high quality service along with the customer experience that they have always been known for.
