For a fun workout that offers great variety and is ideal for people at all levels of fitness, come into Orangetheory Fitness in Wheaton, Illinois.

In your 60-minute Orangetheory group session, you'll alternate between intervals of treadmill training, indoor water rowers, and weight room/resistance training blocks. We keep things fresh by changing our workouts daily. And we get results: On average, our members burn 500-1,000 calories per gym session!

During your session, you will wear a heart rate monitor, from which the data will be fed live to a large video monitor. Your personal trainer uses this data to monitor your progress, and that helps to keep you accountable during your workout. The goal in your session is to keep your heart rate within a targeted range because when you are able to do so, your metabolism is stimulated and your energy increases. This results in what we call the "Orange Effect": you'll have extra energy and will burn more calories for 24-36 hours following your workout!

Heart Monitored Training

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

Coach Support

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
