Lynde Greenhouse & Nursery has been owned and operated by five generations of Lynde's. The Lynde family first started producing plants in Golden Valley before 1900. After WWI, they found a niche in growing and selling flowers. In 1971, the family moved to their current location in Maple Grove. In 1982 we opened our retail Garden Center. Today, we produce plants for our retail garden center, landscape installation, commercial installation, wholesale, and our fundraising programs. 

We have an amazing staff full of experience, expertise, and passion. From beginning to end, we will help take you through the process to create your backyard getaway or ramp up your curb appeal. Whether your challenges are a newly constructed home, aged and tired landscape, or creating a beautiful space to enjoy and entertain, you can work with our designer to create the outdoor space that will make your house your home.
