The Health and well- being of our guests, employees and their families are of paramount importance. In light of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, BUB’S AUSSIE PIES will be changing hours and operations starting Monday March 30th we will open Monday to Saturday 3pm to   7pm. For Online Order Pick Up, Drive Thru and Delivery we encourage you to order online in advance @www.bubsaussiepies.com or please call ahead @ 651 493 9528, if you are looking for warm pies and sausage rolls so we can have these ready for you  to pick up at your requested time. If you need cold or frozen items you can get these anytime during our opening window. Soon as the COVID-19 statewide lockdown is lifted we will go back to our normal operations. By shortening our hours we are still here to serve you as well trying to protect our business during these trying times .

Bub’s Aussie Gourmet Pies is bringing hearty, homemade Australian flavor to the Twin Cities, and we’ll be serving up fresh-baked savory pies, tuckshop sweets, and a host of other Aussie favorites  beginning late February.

What the Heck is an Aussie Pie?

From food trucks to lunch counters to sporting events, the meat pie has been a hands-down favorite in Australia since the 1800s. Traditionally a hand-sized pastry filled with minced meat and gravy, today’s Aussie pie comes in a whole continent’s worth of savory combinations.
