Originally from the islands of Hawaii, Poke is a raw fish salad served with veggies and flavorful sauces. It’s popularity has spread to the mainlands and has been reinvented into a variety of different styles. ​ We create Poke cuisine with a twist–serving it in delicious bowls and burritos along with our mouth-watering homemade sauces.
