As a Certified “Soft-Wash” Cleaning Contractor, we DO NOT utilize any type of high pressure equipment to clean the delicate exterior surfaces of your residential or commercial property. All projects are completed with state-of-the-art zero-emission equipment that incorporates 100% biodegradable cleaning products. The maximum output pressure of our cleaning systems is approximately 40 psi; very similar to the average pressure of a garden hose. Additionally, we hold a Michigan Residential Builders License, a PABL (Pesticide Application Business License) with MDARD (Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development) and we are certified in Microbial Pest Management.
*Any contractor that offers a service or product that is intended to prevent, destroy, repel or mitigate pests such as mold, algae, lichen and/or moss is required by the State of Michigan as well as the EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) to hold a certification in the proper categories and carry a Pesticide Application Business License. Hiring a contractor that is not certified and operates without the proper licensing could potentially be applying heavy concentrations of illegal pesticides around your home and family.
OUR GUARANTEE
If the stains don’t go away – you don’t pay – it’s that simple!
5-Year "Streak-Free" Limited Warranty with all roof cleaning services.
The Soft-Wash technology has been used throughout the country to safely clean the exterior of thousands of homes and businesses just like yours. Our process has been fully approved by all shingles manufacturers including ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association). The "Soft-Wash" process is also recommended by all insurance companies. All of our cleaning solutions are 100% biodegradable. Having your roof cleaned is recognized as general maintenance.
*The use of high-pressure will not only damage your roof, but may also void any existing warranty that your roofing materials may have. Many high-pressure cleaning companies claim that their process is "low-pressure" when in fact they're simply "dialing down" the PSI (pounds per square inch) output of their high-pressure units. Another cleaning method you will want to avoid is one that involves the use of an "aluminum disc" also known as a "surface cleaner". This equipment has been designed strictly for hard surfaces such as driveways, walkways, tile floors, etc.
