About the Owner

Sam Goode, born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana, was not always fascinated by dark and damp crawlspaces. He originally attended Vincennes University, majoring in musical theater. He later transferred to Purdue University where he earned his degree in Business Management in 2008. In 2009, Sam began working for a crawlspace company.

He studied his trade with this company for a year before striking out on his own and starting his own crawlspace business.

Crawlspace Remediation was founded three and a half years ago, and business has boomed ever since. In 2017, he has chosen to expand his business to Dearborn to be closer to his wife’s family.

Crawlspace Remediation offers a variety of services and they are a Certified Air Inspector. Sam values his experienced staff and tries to take good care of his employees.
