Established by locals, Executive Chef Brian Knoblock and his wife Kendra, make their dream a reality as K-Blocks Fire Pit BBQ offers their guests the best in barbecue. Though he serves as our managing partner, Pit Master Steve "Bubba" Coddington is also the genius behind many of our award-winning recipes. Because we’re members of the Kansas City BBQ Society and the Great Lakes BBQ Association, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of barbeque. We only use fresh, locally sourced ingredients and meats whenever possible and our smoking and marinating techniques have proven to create a unique flavor profile that many have tried to mimic.
