At Cloverleaf, most of our wines cannot be found anywhere else in town. We often work with niche and craft winemakers who have no advertising budgets or massive trucking systems. Their cost goes entirely to their wines, which means we can bring a much better wine for the same value as the mass producers. And if we don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, we can usually find it and order it for you.

One more significant difference: Cloverleaf is a specialty store. Fine wine and distinctive craft beers are all that we do. We’re not a supermarket or drugstore. Recently, we relocated to downtown Royal Oak and our new home in a contemporary, cozy cellar space of bricks, mortar, and iron in a former power plant for the streetcars that once ran Woodward Avenue—a vintage structure in its own right and a part of Detroit’s history.
