Pasta É Pasta began as a hobby based on family recipes. My mom’s sauce, my mother-in-law’s gnocchi mix, Cugino Lorenzo’s pasta blends, Francesca’s meatballs, and a love for good homemade foods. My daughter Carla decided that we should not limit our products to the few but rather share them with everyone. Thus Pasta É Pasta has joined the 21st century while maintaining old fashioned taste and quality.
