Tail Waggers 1990 is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization based out of Livonia, Michigan. Our Wellness Center for Affordable Preventative Pet Care offers basic Wellness services such as vaccinations, heartworm testing, blood work, fecal tests and flea/tick prevention. Our Spay/Neuter Clinic provides assistance to pet owners which helps control pet over-population. The Pantry 4 Paws Pet Food Assistance Program is currently feeding hundreds of animals per month for pet owners that have fallen on a financially challenged time.

Tail Waggers provides services to everyone - regardless of income level. Pet owners from any City and/or County are welcome to use our services. In other words, you don't have to "qualify" to use our services - we are here for you!

Tail Waggers Services

Tail Waggers takes pride in providing animal wellness services at an affordable price for those throughout Metro Detroit. Because we are not a full service veterinary clinic, we can specialize in pet vaccinations, spay/neutering, and other general wellness services. By focusing on these select services, we can assure you that your pet will receive a high-quality experience at our location.

Please note: We are an animal wellness center and not a full service veterinary clinic. We do not have the resources to accommodate sick animals or emergencies regarding your pet’s health. Because of this, we suggest having a relationship with a full service veterinarian for emergency situations. We recommend Wilson Veterinary Hospital or AEC for 24 hour emergencies.

In order to keep our services at an affordable rate, all new patients will be subject to a one-time $10 Health Assessment Fee.

A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required before all spay and neuter surgery appointments.

ALL Cats must be in carriers upon entering our facility.
