Ron Donaldson, in 2003, owned three auto repair shops in the Kalamazoo area. In 2009, he decided to financially help his parents out with some medical needs so ultimately he had to sell the franchises. Recently, Ron had the urge to, again, open up a place to help out the community. He started his own Quality Express Car Care Center which has now expanded into four different locations.

Ron understand the difficulties of having to fix your car. He helps out different students, seniors and military along with local non-profit organizations. For these groups, he keeps his prices low to help the people in need. Ron also has a certified mechanic specifically to pick up and drop off customers who need rides.

Another way Ron gives back to the community is through the Quality Express Child of the Month program started by him and his wife. This supports children with medical needs or school expenses. They do this by partial sales and any other donations that are collected in the shops.
